Training Services
Once our client services team has your technology installed and database set up to your specifications, our education and training begins. Through customized training and follow-up Webinars or on-site visits, we’ll quickly have you up to speed on the new system.
We know that learning new software, now matter how intuitive, can be overwhelming. A successful implementation depends on your user's ability to maximize the software’s capabilities. That’s why we offer hands-on software training through both standard and customized programs, ranging from comprehensive two-day classes to solution-specific sessions.
End-User Training
End-User Training is an interactive two-day session for users responsible for the entry and maintenance of corporate data. We’ll guide you through the Corporate Manager or GEMS system, and show you how to create, modify and report on your corporate data. You’ll learn how to navigate through the system, try various functionality, and how to integrate your existing data into the system.
Implementation Training
Designed for those who will be implementing your CGS solution, this one-day training provides project managers and key users the tools they’ll need to complete their testing requirements. You’ll learn the core software concepts, functionality, and navigation that will help during the implementation as well as how to set up the parameters that will define how to use the system in your environment.
Advanced Training
Once users have completed end-user training, they can expand their knowledge with advanced training customized to address processes they need to do their day-to-day tasks. You’ll be taught advanced searching techniques by applying real scenarios in the session to create ad-hoc reports. Advanced training also includes exporting functions and creating a document library to manage corporate forms, reports, and documents.
Browse Training
Browse training is for View-Only users. Users will learn how to navigate through the software, view corporate information, appointments, contracts, banking and signatory records, intellectual property, security management, and group charts on a national and worldwide basis.
Technical Administration Training
This training is targeted to those responsible for maintaining system security, end-user management and system management. Dedicated to training administrators on how to assign designated access levels for end users, the session also includes a brief overview of the software navigation.
