More than 60 people attended “Focus On Subsidiary Governance: The 2006
World Records User Conference” October 15-17 at The Roosevelt Hotel in
New York City. With sessions covering post-acquisition integrations, ethics & compliance,

panel discussions, workshop sessions on enhanced functionality, and an integrated

HighView Financial Group, a Canadian advisory and outsource services
firm for the wealth management industry, will use Computershare's World

July 2006 — Computershare World Records
releases new Version 6.3
New functionality that lets administrators globally update director and
officer information to re-elect or resign board positions throughout
a company's entities is a key new feature in the latest release of the

April 2006 — World Records launches an
ad campaign that sticks out
Computershare World Records has debuted a new ad campaign focused on
the benefits of the D&O BoardPrep application, an online portal that
offers directors & officers board meeting details and materials in
advance of the event. Featuring a despondent woman with
"sticky note" reminders of what needs to be done in preparation for a board
meeting, the ad premieres in the April issue of Corporate Secretary magazine.

March 2006 — World Records launches new
application for board & committee meeting preparation
Computershare World Records has introduced the D&O BoardPrep application,
a technology that helps administrators in the office of the Corporate
Secretary in planning and preparing materials for board meetings in advance
of those events while providing hands-on access to Directors & Officers
to review, comment, and react to meeting details and materials in preparation
for board and committee meetings.

March 2006 — Computershare to acquire share
ownership management services of National Bank Trust
Computershare Trust Company of Canada, a subsidiary of Computershare
Limited, announced that it has reached an agreement to purchase the share
ownership management business of National Bank Trust, a subsidiary of
National Bank of Canada. Under the agreement, Computershare will acquire
all of the transfer agent and employee plan administration activities
and a portion of the corporate trust services business of National Bank
Trust.

March 2006 — Computershare acquires SunTrust
transfer agency business
Computershare Limited and SunTrust Banks, Inc. announced that Computershare
has acquired the stock transfer business of SunTrust. Computershare will
take on registry and transfer agent servicing for approximately 170 issuers.
As part of the agreement, SunTrust itself will become a registry client
of Computershare.

February 2006 — World Records chalks up
a new ad campaign in Corporate Secretary magazine
Computershare World Records has launched a new ad campaign touting the
benefits of the technology to accomplish subsidiary governance. The ad
features a boy at a blackboard who has outlined the equation of: accurate
record keeping, plus compliance, plus executive accountability, adds
up to World Records subsidiary governance. Text details how important
it is for organizations to track company data, report on that data, and
ensure data accuracy in today's world of legislated corporate and subsidiary
governance.

November 2005 — Computershare World Records
announces new Version 6.1 is available
An Executive Dashboard that offers officers and directors a personal
view of their board/committee appointments and a list of their signatory
rights is one of the key features added to the latest release of the
World Records application, Version 6.1. The update, which became available
this month, also includes a new 'pending' feature that allows local administrators
to make changes that are kept in a 'holding' status until reviewed and
approved by authorized personnel. In addition, there are capabilities
to prioritize sections and fields on screen, an enhanced function to
link documents (minutes, by-laws, contracts, etc.) that reside outside
of the World Records system to the URL rather than uploading them, and
an Advanced Reporting Module with sophisticated filters that lets users
report on standard and customized fields.

annual conference draws industry experts and kudos
More than 50 people attended this year's “Focus On Subsidiary Governance:
The 2005 World Records User Conference” October 24-25 at the Marriott
East Side in New York City. With rousing sessions on the impact of subsidiary
governance on global organizations, setting up international corporate
structures for the most beneficial tax rates, and managing organizations
that have gone through restructures, mergers, or acquisitions, the conference
drew high marks in post-session evaluations both for presentation content
and the caliber of speakers. Representatives from Ernst & Young,
TIAA-CREF, Deloitte, and International Paper Company led sessions during
the 2-day event. More than a dozen speakers covered entity management
and the challenges of subsidiary governance in sessions that included
an interactive panel discussion with members of the newly formed World
Records Advisory Board.

August 2005 — World Records
has formed an Advisory Board
Computershare World Records has formed an Advisory Board of industry
experts and user professionals. The board, made up of members from various
industries, a law firm, and a prestigious audit firm, will convene for
the first time as a group at “Focus on Subsidiary Governance: 2005
World Records Annual Conference,“ which will be held in October
in New York City.

June 2005 — Computershare
completes acquisition of EquiServe
Computershare Ltd. has announced the completion of the acquisition of
EquiServe from DST Systems, Inc. The move makes Computershare the largest
transfer agent in North America and creates the largest and most complete
shareholder services provider in the US. Together, EquiServe and Computershare's
US client base consists of more than 2,700 clients, including more than
half of the companies in the Dow Jones Industrial Average.

Computershare's World Records division has announced that John Wilcox,
Sr. VP and Head of Corporate Governance for TIAA-CREF financial services
will be the keynote speaker at its second annual user conference, Focus
On Subsidiary Governance. The 2005 World Records User Conference will
take place October 24-25 at the Marriott East Side in New York City.
Wilcox will address the evolving world of governance practices particularly
how new legislation for corporate controls affects an organization's
ability to keep up with global compliance for subsidiary governance.

The World Records® application version 6.0 is here! With new
features for international subsidiary management, enhancements in reporting,
a module for regulatory compliance (SEC, FERC, FTC, etc.), Online Help
System, and a Satellite Facility Manager to track data on multiple locations
(contracts, leases, codes, etc.), the new release of this solution for
Corporate Secretaries/General Counselors is worth waiting for. In addition,
the application has been designated an approved software for electronic
filing of critical forms with Companies House in the UK.
