World Records version 6.5 is here
A new “data validation” function is one of the key enhancements
in Version 6.5, the latest update of the World Records® application. With
this new capability, the release offers expanded functionality for subsidiary
risk management. In addition, the latest version includes
functionality to execute same-day transactions and capture facilities
on Microsoft® Visio-generated organizational charts.
Some highlights of Version 6.5 are:
- Data validation capability: This new capability captures ‘changes’ in
a queue for the authorized administrator to review and approve to validate
data for accuracy and control. To expedite the review, it provides
a digest of all the changes made throughout the system.
- Same-day transactions: To accomplish such things as appointing/resigning
officers & directors, tracking transfer of shares to multiple entities,
creating and archiving a company, and creating and expiring a share
class -- on the same day.
- Display facilities on Microsoft® Visio
organizational charts: To
capture company facilities such as offices, warehouses, branches, or
other facilities on organizational charts created in the Microsoft® Visio
application. In addition, this release offers the capability
to clone facilities and designate them Active or Archived.
- Expanded audit reporting functionality: Enhanced,
more flexible searching criteria enables you to find any range of
data you are looking for with the results in an easy-to-read format
including before and after information.
- System-wide ability to expand or collapse areas of data: Areas
of information can be viewed or hidden based on how columns are sorted.
