The e-Forms™ system is a quick and easy automated process
for tracking and filing mandatory Security and Exchange Commission
(SEC) forms on insider security activities. With built-in capabilities
to comply with the latest regulations, the system’s features
have been validated against the SEC’s specifications.
Since we host the application, there's no need to install, maintain,
or update it on a server. We ensure that it is revised in response
to changes in requirements such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX)
which requires filings within two business days of an insider transaction.
It automatically generates HTML files for posting to your website
and creates reduced content XML files for easy EDGAR® submission
to the SEC without leaving the application!
The e-Forms system stores a complete history of transactions including
a record of all forms submitted on behalf of insiders. It includes
standard reports such as: summary of transactions, delinquent transactions,
summary of filings, footnote listing, and statement of holdings.
Web-based access offers processing anywhere via the Internet for
authorized administrators, brokers, and advisors. The application
lets you file Power of Attorney with any SEC forms. Nearly 1000
companies are already using our solution for mandatory Section
16 forms filing. E-forms can operate alone or be integrated with
other Computershare applications.
